Conference venue and catering

Palais d’Egmont

Address: Place du Petit Sablon 8 BIS, 1000 Brussels

Please make sure that you reach the venue at least 30 minutes in advance, as the registration may take some time. The conference will start at 9:30 on 10 November and at 9:00 on 11 November 2022.

WELCOME COFFEE on 10 November from 8:30 to 9:30.

BUFFET LUNCH will be offered on both days.

SOCIAL PROGRAMME: a WELCOME COCKTAIL will be offered on the evening of 10 November 2022. Participants are invited to join and use the time for some networking.

CLOAKROOM

Please note that one cloakroom is available and is located at the entrance to the venue.

WI-FI

Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue and is free of charge.

Transfer from Zaventem airport to the venue

The organisers do not reimburse transport costs. Please read below the different types of transport to get quickly to Brussels city centre.

Taxi 

Brussels Airport Zaventem is 15 kilometers from the venue. It is a 25-minute drive to/from the venue (may take 1 hour during peak hours). As you exit the airport from the arrival halls, you will see a taxi stand directly in front of you. The yellow-blue license plates identify licensed taxis. If you want to pre-book a taxi in advance:

A taxi from the airport to the centre of Brussels costs around 45 euros. 

Train 

At Brussels Airport, the train station is located directly beneath the departures and arrivals halls on level -1. The platform is easily accessible via elevator and escalator. The nearest station to the venue is Brussels-Central Station.

Accommodation

Your accommodation is not covered by the organisers. However, a number of hotel rooms have been pre-booked at preferential rates in four hotels.
